Many elevator operations have gone to the ease of using Laser Printers for printing their Scale Tickets. This type of Scale Ticket uses a standard sheet of 8 ½ x 11 paper with a perforation in the middle of the sheet. This creates a 2-part form with the top form being the Original Not-Negotiable form, while the bottom half becomes the Not-Negotiable Copy.
Some operations will want a 4-part form, and that is accomplished by providing a second sheet of perforated paper.
