- Most customers prefer this form bound in books using ‘stay-flat; coil wire binding which contains 4 forms per page. All tickets are perforated except the bottom copy which by design, stays in the book for audit purposes. When completed, the book provides you with a complete set of the numbered forms you have used.
- Your scale ticket layout will be proofed for you final approval.
